Conker Championships and Welly Wanging !
The small family-friendly event is held outdoors at the Husbands Bosworth playing fields. The event will take place on Sunday 5th October from 10:30 to mid afternoon..
Registration is required in order to participate in the Conker championships, but if you’ve not registered and are feeling competitive you can still take part in the Welly Wanging competition on the day
Along with eth Conkers and Welly Wanging there will be refreshments, live music from a local Ukulele group, Bird of prey displays and various stalls and attractions.
Supporting a different charity each year, this year the organisers are hoping to send donations to The Rainbows Children’s Hospice and The Alzheimer’s Society in addition to supporting various village amenities.
