Fantastic shop, a real Aladdin’s cave, if you can’t see what you’re looking for its highly likely Frank will find the item after a quick search in the store room. A shopping experience you’d have to travel a long way to find these days. A popular shop for so many reasons, its not an uncommon sight to see customers queueing outside.
Like a bygone age. Absolutely brilliant, Mr Gilbert had everything and prices are so reasonable. As the Michelin guide used to say ‘worth a detour’.
