Carl Ross’s passion for food began unexpectedly during lockdown while living at Nevill Holt. Five years on, having trained at one of Ireland’s leading culinary schools and honed his craft in some of London’s top French kitchens, he joins us at Nevill Holt Festival to share his expertise.
Taking place in the Kitchen Garden, this hands-on demonstration explores restaurant-quality barbecue techniques, from breaking down whole chickens to creating a range of dishes, stocks and sauces. Carl will also show how to pair homegrown produce with expertly cooked proteins, revealing why great cooking starts with a produce-led approach.
