Join Joanne and Kerry for an afternoon of stress and anxiety release. Joanne is a person centred counsellor and Kerry is a hypnotherapist.
We will be covering where stress and anxiety originates, how your thoughts affect your body. We will be examining panic attacks and we’ll learn coping techniques and practical tips to reduce anxiety and stress. We will end the session with a group hypnosis for deep relaxation.
