Come and visit Lamport Hall’s Tudor House, home to Father Christmas on 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 13th and 14th December for a truly special christmas experience.
On arrival adults will be given a warm drink and a mince pie whilst children will be given a sweet treat, craft activity and the opportunity to write a letter to Father Christmas. Dependant on time, the craft activity and letter writing can be completed in the Dairy (either before or after visiting Father Christmas) or, if you prefer, these can be taken home to complete.
Once inside the decorated Tudor House and settled by the roaring fire, Father Christmas will come out to talk to the children as a group and have a story with the elves. They will then be called up individually, or as a family, to have a photo and receive their personalised nice certificate and wrapped present. The Tudor House session will last approximately 20 minutes. Children will visit Father Christmas in groups of 8.
On the day families are welcome to enjoy everything the fair has to offer as well as their visit to Father Christmas including stalls, festive food, live music, themed entertainers and a festive photobooth.
On booking please make sure to accurately fill out your child’s name, age and gender so they can have a handpicked, wrapped and named present and certificate during the experience. If the child attending changes, please notify us with as much notice as possible so we can make the necessary changes to their gift etc.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your designated timeslot, so you can check in and adults can have their refreshments. Please allow enough time to walk through the market to reach the Tudor House in addition to this 5 minutes.
Although the Father Christmas experience itself is inside, queuing will be outside so do dress appropriately for the weather.
All tickets to Father Christmas are £20 per child and include access to the Christmas Market for one adult per child. Any additional adults can purchase entry for the reduced rate of £4pp in advance. You are welcome to enjoy the fair at any time between 10am and 4pm regardless of the start time of your session.
All tickets for Father Christmas must be purchased in advance. Advance bookings close on the Tuesday prior to the event weekend to allow the elves time to prepare! No tickets will be available on the door.
