In a major coup for the Festival, we are delighted to welcome the premier ensemble of veteran artists from the legendary Preservation Hall in New Orleans for an unforgettable evening of authentic New Orleans jazz.

BIG NEWS! To make the most of the glorious summer weather and the celebratory spirit of this extraordinary music, this performance will now take place in the beautiful gardens surrounding Font House. This special outdoor setting offers a rare opportunity to experience the sounds, spirit and soul of New Orleans beneath the open sky, surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Nevill Holt Estate.

Led by Preservation Hall’s first-ever Musical Director, master trumpeter and storyteller Wendell Brunious, alongside powerhouse clarinettist Caroline Brunious, the ensemble unites musicians who learned the tradition directly from the legends before them, carrying forward one of New Orleans’ most enduring musical legacies with unmatched authenticity.

An evening with the Preservation Hall All Stars is a journey to the point where sounds and cultures from around the world converge, transformed by the Crescent City’s unmistakable joie de vivre.

With an outdoor bar serving wine, fizz and Negronis as the sun sets, this promises to be one of the most atmospheric and memorable musical events of the Festival.
