Retired couple Stella (Manville) and Gerry (Hinds) travel to Amsterdam for an impromptu holiday. Freed from their staid lives back home, they realise that their decades-long relationship has reached a crossroads. After so much time together, long-held promises and deeply concealed wounds begin to surface, forcing them to confront their future.
