During the 1960s space race between the United States and the Soviet Union, a relationship develops between the NASA director in charge of the Apollo 11 launch and the marketing specialist brought in to fix NASA’s public image.

But … marketing expert Kelly Jones (Johansson) wreaks havoc on launch director Cole Davis’s (Tatum) already difficult task, when the White House deems the mission too important to fail and Jones is directed to stage a fake moon landing as ‘back up’. A delightful romantic comedy boosted by the comedic talents of both Johansson and Tatum.
