Burned out baseball star, Hank Thomson finds himself dangerously caught up in the criminal underworld of 90s New York. When his punk-rock neighbour asks him to take care of his cat for a few days, Hank (now working as a New York City bar-tender) suddenly finds himself caught in the middle of a motley crew of gangsters, who all want a piece of him.
