Water’s Edge Retreat

Welcome to Waters Edge, a luxurious handmade log cabin nestled on the edge of Naseby Reservoir, this stunning cabin is owned and run by a local family who run a Christmas Tree Farm close to the site.

Despite being tucked away on its own in a tranquil location, it is also easily accessible from the M1/M6 and A14. It is 8 miles from the historic town of Market Harborough and a stone’s throw from Naseby village, well known for the iconic Battle of Naseby.

The cabin was completed in 2021 and is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with a stunning verandah, complete with a hot tub and breathtaking views over the water.

Whether it is a romantic retreat, a business trip, a fishing break (fishing permit required) a girly celebration or just a break with the family you are after, we think this cabin will be hard to beat!

Fishing
Naseby reservoir is over 93 acres when full and is very popular with local fishermen. It is well stocked with Carp, Perch, Roach and Pike. For further information and to book your Fishing permits, please visit the Canal & River Trust website.

Bird watching
Osprey have been spotted at Naseby Reservoir on more than one occasion, as well as many other bird species. Bring a pair of binoculars so you can sit on the verandah and enjoy the array of birds, deer and other wildlife as the sunsets!

Walking
It is possible to walk around the reservoir.
