Professional and friendly team, made to feel comfortable from the start. The optician was very thorough and happy to answer any questions I asked. I was given plenty of time to select my frames and Mr Khan was extremely helpful with his advice. Glasses were ready on time, pleasant experience, very happy customer.

I ordered some prescription glasses before Christmas 2001. Apparently there was an attempted delivery from the manufacturers in late January when the shop was shut due to staff covid. When they eventually delivered them several weeks later, they had used the wrong frames and had to be returned. Since then, I have rung again and again. On the rare times the phone is answered, I am told they are chasing it. It is now almost May – appalling.
I ordered some prescription sunglasses early January and I am still waiting – it is now March 11th. I tried phoning a couple of weeks ago because I had heard nothing – no answer. I went in and after searching around in a cupboard for 10 minutes, the assistant said they should be there but they weren’t and she would get her optician to chase them up when he was back the following week. I don’t know why she couldn’t do it herself. She also said she would re-order them to make sure that another pair were on the way, just in case. I said that was all fine but she needed to ring me the following week to confirm whether they had found them/chased them and/or ordered a new pair. Again I have heard nothing from them and the phone is again just ringing out. I will be going in to get my money back.
