Profile
Craft distillers and creators of global award winning hand-crafted artisan gin.
From our 200 year old barn on Falls Farm in the picturesque village of Harrington, Northamptonshire, we lovingly distil a range of small batch, fantastically smooth, award winning gins using our farm’s natural spring water, grain spirit and home-grown ingredients. Each batch is small, and every single bottle is handcrafted by us, from the filling to the wax seal and label finishing.
The village of Harrington is said to be ‘built on rock and water’, with natural springs in abundance across Falls Farm. The top fields of the farm are a scheduled monument recognised by English Heritage and were once the park and gardens of a medieval manor house, complete with the remains of monastic fish ponds. The water used in the distillation of the gin is from a spring 300 metres from the distillery.
