31 July to 5 August Market Harborough becomes a traditional seaside holiday hotspot with sandpits, deck chairs, fun activities, stalls and entertainment.
The popular Harborough by the Sea event returns to Market Harborough from 31 July to 5 August 2015. Taking place over 6 days this year, the free event offers something for the whole family to enjoy.
Each day has a different theme and will feature fun activities, stalls and entertainment.
The sandpits will return to The Square, in Market Harborough town centre from 1 to 5 August so the children can dig out their buckets and spades for some sandcastle building while you relax in a deck chair.
Welland Park will also host lots of sporting activities and taster sessions.
Harborough by the Sea is a wonderful family-friendly event bringing seaside charm to Market Harborough, complete with sandpits, deck chairs, and themed entertainment. As kids build sandcastles and enjoy the festivities, it might even spark curiosity about maritime careers.
