Overview
This special spring gathering invites you to step away from the busyness of daily life and enjoy a calm and uplifting morning that blends gentle flowing yoga to awaken the body and calm the mind, a nourishing seasonal two-course brunch in a beautiful historic setting, and time in nature with a peaceful woodland walk through the Kelmarsh grounds. Breathe deeply, move mindfully and reconnect with yourself while enjoying the beauty of the Northamptonshire countryside. All while spending an intentionally relaxed morning with space to pause, enjoy good food, and soak up the restorative atmosphere of Kelmarsh Hall. What’s included:
A 75-minute yoga flow in the elegant rooms of Kelmarsh Hall
Herbal teas on arrival and throughout the morning
A nourishing two-course brunch
A creative workshop in the Old Stable Courtyard – choose from pottery or origami
Time to explore the Kelmarsh gardens and woodland with a calming springtime walk
A relaxed, small-group wellbeing experience in a beautiful historic setting
Practicalities:
Arrive: 10:45am
Class begins: 11:30am
Brunch: from 12:45pm
Creative workshop and exploration time in the afternoon
Depart: by 3:00pm
Mats and equipment provided, but you are welcome to bring your own for extra comfort
