This special spring gathering invites you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a calm and uplifting morning that blends a Rise & Flow Pilates session to strengthen the body and improve mobility, a nourishing seasonal two-course brunch in a beautiful historic setting, a gentle creative workshop in the Old Stable Courtyard, and time in nature with a peaceful walk through the Kelmarsh grounds and Walled Garden.

A 75-minute Rise & Flow Pilates session in the elegant rooms of Kelmarsh Hall
Herbal teas on arrival and throughout the morning
