The Emerald Forest by Catherine Ward Children’s Event – 6th April (10:00 – 12:00)

Join us on Thursday 6th April at 10am to meet local author Catherine Ward for a fun-filled event celebrating her new picture book ‘The Emerald Forest’.

You will hear a little bit about Catherine and what inspired her to write the book, and learn about the orangutans, their home and what is happening to it…

Catherine will be reading her book and discussing the illustrations, then playing games and doing orangutan-themed crafts. There will also be activity sheets to take home with you!

There will be copies of ‘The Emerald Forest’ available to buy at the event (cash or card payments accepted), and Catherine is happy to sign these for you.

This event is recommended for children aged 4+, tickets are £9 per child.

Accompanying adults go free but there is a limit of one adult per paying child due to room capacity restrictions.
